In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across core business platforms including Salesforce, Zapier and other various software. Your expertise in API integration and workflow automation will be pivotal in optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Key Skills:
- Knowledge of workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Salesforce, N8N) and their capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in designing, implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Experience with databases (SQL).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and Flow orchestration (preferred).
- Capable of communicating technical issues in clear, easy-to-understand everyday language.
- The ability to solve complex integration problems and concisely summarize findings.
- Document technical specifications and integration flows for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the IT field.
- Degree in IT field.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and/or Java.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT) (preferred).
- Understanding of database concepts and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for system observability.
