Your job:
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve the principles, standards, and best practices governing synchronous and asynchronous integration solutions
- Guide teams in selecting suitable integration patterns, technologies, and platforms
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Promote standardization and reduce unnecessary complexity
- Review and challenge solution designs for scalability, maintainability, and reusability
- Advise business and IT stakeholders on sustainable solutions
- Facilitate architecture reviews and integration governance
- Contribute to integration roadmaps and technology strategy
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement of integration capabilities and architectural practices
Your qualification:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise integration, solution architecture, or middleware
- Expertise in APIs, REST, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, messaging, and cloud/hybrid integration
- Experience with at least two: Anypoint Platform, Apigee X, SAP Integration Suite, Solace, or Apache Camel
- Knowledge of integration security, governance, and architecture standards
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and teamwork skills; fluent business English
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing or Industrial environment experience, TOGAF knowledge, and Agile/DevOps/SAFe experience
- Familiarity with cloud-native integration and event streaming
