The purpose of this role: to ensure the smooth implementation of installation projects by coordinating the work of installers, materials, schedules, and communication with customers and partners.
What are you going to do?
- planning of installation works and coordination of installers' employment
- organizing the preparation of materials, equipment and tools required for the works
- coordinating the work schedule with clients and the installation team
- monitoring the progress of work and promptly resolving problems
- administering customer inquiries and providing information about the progress of work
- preparing and checking invoices for clients
- coordinating materials and equipment in stock for installation works
- cooperating with partners and employees in Lithuania and abroad
- working closely with the company's sales and technical team
Experience and competencies
- have at least 1 year of experience in coordinating work, projects or customer service
- be able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
- communicate easily with different teams and clients
- work well with MS Excel and Word
- have good English language skills (B2)
- be able to remain constructive in a dynamic work environment
