- Ensure clear, engaging and consistent communication with the organization's strategy;
- Develop and implement integrated communication plans for different projects;
- Build relationships with target audiences and contribute to the growth of brand value;
- Manage social networks: shape content directions and ensure compliance with the brand tone;
- Work with PR and creative agencies – shape tasks, evaluate results and ensure quality;
- Prepare content (recordings, short videos) when speed and flexibility are required;
- Contribute to work with the media: prepare reports, initiate topics;
- Ensure that the content of the company's website is clear, structured and user-friendly (CX/UI principles);
- Coordinate communication projects in cooperation with the team and partners.

- You are able to plan and implement communication activities from idea to result;
- You combine strategic thinking with practice;
- You write well and are able to professionally edit texts;
- You have a strong sense of quality and critically evaluate content and the work of agencies;
- You follow trends and have a good understanding of modern social media (formats, video, engagement);
- If necessary, you are able to independently create simple content (recordings, video, "Reels", "live");
- You are creative and ensure the harmony of written and visual communication;
- You are independent, able to assess situations, risks and make decisions;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of integrated communication;
- You have prepared and implemented communication plans and worked with different channels (media, social, web) and agencies;
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology, and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
