Nature of work
- Effective organization of the activities of the furniture interior salon and coordination of daily work.
- Customer service and consulting - needs analysis, selection of the most suitable solutions and accompanying the client throughout the entire sales process.
- Coordination of the sales process: order administration, delivery and logistics planning.
- Analysis of sales results, preparation of reports, monitoring of performance indicators and providing proposals for increasing sales.
- Ensuring the quality, order and customer service standards of the salon's activities.
Working hours - 5 days a week. Twice a month, work is done on Saturdays, after which Monday is always given off.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in a furniture or interior design salon, experience in management would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent work organization, planning and priority management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
- Good sense of aesthetics, interest in interior, furniture design and modern interior trends.
