International Van Driver – Europe | Poland | Visa Support | €1,600–€1,800 NET
Location: Koszalin, Poland
Routes: International routes across Europe
Vehicle: 10-pallet curtain-side van
Work system: 19 days on / 3 days off

Job description
We are currently looking for reliable drivers for international transport across Europe.
The job involves driving a 10-pallet curtain-side van on routes mainly through:
Germany
France
Belgium
the Netherlands
Czech Republic
Austria
We offer stable, long-term cooperation and support for international candidates who require assistance with the employment and visa process in Poland.
Work schedule
Our standard work system is:
19 days working / 3 days off
This results in approximately 25–26 working days per month.
When the vehicle is scheduled for maintenance, the break may be extended to up to 7 days. Vehicle maintenance usually takes place approximately every 1.5 months.
Salary
Average monthly earnings:
€1,600–€1,800 NET per month
The salary consists of:
guaranteed base pay for every working day,
weekly bonus for accident-free driving,
weekly bonus for keeping the vehicle clean,
fuel-saving bonus – the fuel consumption target is 12.5 L/100 km, while our drivers average around 11 L/100 km. The value of the fuel saved is paid to the driver as an additional bonus,
€10–40 extra for each manual unloading, if required and agreed with the dispatcher in advance,
5% additional mileage allowance for private use – if the driver does not use these private kilometres, their value is paid as an additional bonus.
Depending on performance and additional bonuses, drivers can earn around €1,600–€1,800 NET per month.
Visa and employment support
We welcome applications from international candidates, including candidates from outside the European Union.
We expect to be able to start the visa and employment procedure around October/November 2026.
The procedure is expected to take approximately up to 1.5 months, depending on the individual case and processing times.
Afterwards, there may be an additional waiting period of approximately 2 weeks for the driver card, where applicable.
We can also prepare a preliminary agreement in advance, so the candidate can secure the position before the formal procedure begins.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
have a valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle,
have professional driving experience,
are ready for international routes across Europe,
are responsible and take good care of the vehicle,
drive safely and economically,
are ready to work in the 19 days on / 3 days off system,
are interested in stable, long-term cooperation.
Experience with 3.5 t vans, curtain-side vans or international transport will be an advantage.
