Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of ongoing international business projects and drive them through to successful completion.
- Coordinate projects involving company management, internal teams and external partners across different countries.
- Develop clear project plans with defined milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Finance, HR, IT, Operations and other relevant teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, delays and bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow-up and escalation where required.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring decisions, responsibilities and next steps are clearly documented and implemented.
- Provide management with clear project status updates, highlighting progress, risks, delays and required decisions.
What You’ll Work On
Your projects will be closely connected to the company’s international growth and expansion into new markets. You will work on projects such as establishing new companies or operational locations in different countries, coordinating market-entry activities, managing license and registration processes, and bringing together the teams and external partners needed to launch operations successfully. Each market brings different requirements, stakeholders and challenges. Your role will be to bring structure to complex projects, connect the right people, keep things moving and drive projects through to completion. You will not need to be the legal, financial or operational expert in every area. Your responsibility will be to coordinate the right specialists, maintain visibility over progress and dependencies, and ensure the overall project is delivered successfully.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional international projects from planning through to delivery involving multiple teams and stakeholders..
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong ownership and focus on delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with managers and external partners.
- Experience with international projects, business expansion or external professional service providers would be considered an advantage.
