Job description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively search for and qualify new B2B leads in foreign markets.
- Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from the first cold outreach to contract negotiation and final sale.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and identify new segments to develop effective entry strategies.
- Client Management: Nurture high-value relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure long-term retention.
- Strategic Representation: Represent AB “Rėkyva” at international trade shows and client meetings.
- Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets based on clearly defined KPIs.
Expectations
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in active sales (experience with industrial/agricultural/peat products is a strong advantage).
- Mindset: A true "hunter"—proactive, organized, and relentlessly focused on results.
- Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken). Additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. You are resilient, can handle pressure, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: Higher education degree and a Category B driver’s license.
