UAB "FMCG Trade", which operates the online cosmetics store CARELINE.LT, is looking for a responsible and creative team member with experience in e-commerce.
Nature of work:
- CARELINE.LT online store administration;
- Uploading new products, preparing product descriptions and updating information;
- Creating visual and promotional content for the online store and social networks;
- Receiving, processing, collecting and preparing customer orders for shipment;
- Communicating with customers by phone and email;
- Communicating with courier services, administering shipments and resolving emerging situations;
- Managing the CARELINE.LT warehouse and maintaining goods;
- Checking, adjusting and administering goods balances in the accounting program "Rivile";
- Contributing to the implementation of promotions, newsletters and other sales promotion actions.
Employee requirements:
- Experience working with an e-store;
- Experience working with the accounting program "Rivile";
- Ability to administer goods, orders and their balances;
- Good computer skills;
- Correct oral and written Lithuanian;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to independently organize work;
- Professional and polite communication with customers.
Advantages:
- Experience in creating e-commerce content;
- Ability to work with Canva or other visual content creation programs;
- Interest in cosmetics, the beauty industry and social networks;
- Knowledge of English.
