Nature of work
You will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the sales process;
- Receiving, analyzing and promptly responding to customer inquiries by phone and e-mail;
- Consulting customers about the company's products;
- Posting new information on the website;
- Performing other tasks related to sales administration and customer service.
Employee requirements
Requirements for the employee:
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Responsibility, diligence and the ability to independently organize one's work;
- Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly in writing and orally in Lithuanian;
- Sales or customer service experience would be an advantage.
