ABOUT THE POSITION
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the sourcing, screening and coordination of the recruitment process to ensure the timely selection of qualified candidates. These responsibilities include administering job postings, assessing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with department heads to ensure that recruitments meet the organization's goals and meet the needs of the departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively search for candidates on Lithuanian and US job search platforms, ensure that job postings reflect current needs, and constantly update them.
- Perform initial screening of candidates, assess their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company's vision.
- Administer and constantly update the candidate data system, coordinate interviews in different time zones, and manage the recruitment process from CV review to final decision.
- Communicate with candidates and department heads, ensuring a smooth selection process and their engagement.
- Collaborate with the office administrator and training specialist on the introduction of hired employees to the company.
- Participate in professional development activities to improve selection processes and results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English, ability to deal with sensitive situations professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple selections and tasks simultaneously, prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
- Attention to detail in assessing candidates and managing selection data and job postings, proactive approach in solving recruitment challenges and ability to assess candidates' compliance with company values.
- Willingness to develop and be interested in selection trends and best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in conducting selections (preferred).
- Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
