We are expanding our team and are looking for someone who not only knows finance, but also enjoys communicating, teaching and helping clients successfully use our system.

🔧 What will you do?
- You will consult with clients on the use of the Everise system.
- You will help clients solve daily issues via MS Teams, Client Support portal, e-mail and phone.
- You will conduct training for new and existing clients.
- You will conduct demonstrations (Demo) of the Everise system for potential clients.
- You will prepare and constantly update user instructions (Manual).
- You will create training videos for clients.
- You will test new system functionalities and provide suggestions for their improvement.
- You will cooperate with the programming team to ensure the best customer experience.
🧩 What do we expect?
- Knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
- Ability to quickly understand new systems and technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Excellent communication, consulting and presentation skills.
- Responsibility, initiative and customer orientation.
- Ability to clearly convey information both individually and to an audience.
A big advantage if:
- You have worked as an accountant, financier, investment accounting specialist or financial analyst.
- You have experience working with accounting, investment accounting or business management systems.
- You have conducted training, consulted clients or participated in the implementation of software.
