Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Investment Products Client Consultant to the Artea Bankas Investment Products Group team, who wants to help clients understand pension savings and other investment products, is able to provide clear advice by phone and in writing, and sees the client’s need not only as a question, but also as an opportunity to offer the right solution.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• you will consult with existing and potential clients on pension funds and other investment products by phone and in writing;
• you will help clients understand their situation, needs, possible choices and further actions;
• you will actively identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions or pass on quality contacts to the sales team;
• you will accept and administer customer requests related to pension accumulation and other group processes;
• you will resolve situations arising for customers, cooperating with other bank teams;
• you will work in a team where not only accurate customer service is important, but also the ability to recognize the customer's need and offer him the right solution.

To be #closer, you will need:

• the ability to work on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00;
• experience in customer service, consulting or sales; experience in the financial sector would be an advantage;
• customer and result orientation - the ability to recognize the customer's need, clearly explain solutions and initiate the right offer;
• the ability to communicate in at least one foreign language - English or Russian; knowledge of both languages would be an advantage;
• good computer skills and willingness to learn to work with internal systems;
• attention, diligence, independence and the ability to maintain professionalism in complex situations;
• it is mandatory to be able to speak English and Russian;
• awareness and responsibility – the ability to follow established rules, notice potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 1600.00 to 2400.00 EUR excluding taxes.
