Your responsibilities:
- Actively seek and attract new investors and strategic partners in Lithuania and foreign markets;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors, ensure smooth communication and long-term cooperation;
- Present the company's investment opportunities, prepare cooperation proposals and conduct negotiations;
- Actively sell investment partnerships and initiate new cooperation projects;
- Contribute to attracting capital, search for new financing sources and investment opportunities;
- Monitor market trends, identify potential investors and develop a network of business contacts;
- Contribute to the creation of a new department's operating model, and as the volume of activities grows - to form and lead your team.
We hope you:
- Have strong sales and negotiation skills, be able to persuade, argue and reach agreements;
- Have experience in the finance and/or real estate sector;
- Able to independently initiate contacts, establish relationships and turn them into concrete business opportunities;
- You are result-oriented, proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial;
- Able to see not only short-term benefits, but also to create long-term value for partners and business;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
