Main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the group's strategic investment project portfolio, including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture and business transformation projects;
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the Project Management Committee and ensure an effective project management process across the group;
- Monitor the implementation of project deadlines, budgets, risks, return on investment and quality indicators;
- Prepare reports on project progress, risks, KPIs and investment decisions for management;
- Coordinate the activities of project managers, the allocation of project resources and cross-functional cooperation within the group;
- Implement and improve project management standards and methodologies, management models and good international practices;
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, prepare business plans, monitor financial models and analyze investment projects;
- Cooperate with external partners on project implementation issues;
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the group's strategy and the creation of long-term value.
We hope that:
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in project, project portfolio, investment, project financing or business transformation project management;
- Have led the implementation of high-value investment, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing or other CAPEX projects;
- Have very good knowledge of financial planning, investment valuation, budgeting and risk management;
- Able to work with large-scale data, prepare analyses and make data-based decisions;
- Have strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management competencies;
- Are proactive and able to mobilize teams from different fields for a common goal;
- Have a higher education in finance, economics, management or a related field;
- Able to communicate professionally in Lithuanian and English;
- Additional professional certificates related to the competence for this position would be a significant advantage.
