Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Follow up on relevant information on external funding sources (EU, state budget and other funds) and propose project financing schemes
- Organize and prepare applications for financial support from international financial institutions for the renewal and development of railway infrastructure, investment projects, project proposals for EU support, monitor the coordination of investment projects and applications, organize the signing of support agreements
- Participate in the preparation of proposals for the inclusion of the Company's projects in state investment programs and state project lists, and in determining the main priorities of the development directions and strategy of the railway infrastructure managed by the Company
- Organize and carry out the collection, review, and selection of the Company's investment ideas and initiatives for further project development
- Systematize information related to the implementation of projects financed by the European Union, present it to the Company's management and target formats
- Ensure the function of a contact person in communication with the European Union funds administering bodies institutions
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (preferably in the field of social sciences: economics, finance, business management)
- Experience in the field of management accounting of a company's activities or projects partially financed by external financing sources
- Knowledge of financial indicators and economic analysis
- Experience in training and consulting company employees in the field of preparation and management of investment projects;
- Excellent clerical and computer skills (MS Office environment).
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
