Artea Bankas is a modern, rapidly growing Lithuanian bank, strengthening its positions in the capital markets and striving to become a clear leader in the financial markets of the Baltic region. We are expanding our Brokerage team and invite an experienced professional to join us, who would combine brokerage and investment management competencies, build a strong team, develop investment services and contribute to the strategic development of the bank.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• You will develop trading services for stocks, ETFs, bonds and other financial instruments for private and corporate clients;
• You will develop and implement a strategy for the development of investment services in Lithuania;
• I participated in the creation and management of the bank’s investment portfolio;
• Analyze markets, macroeconomic trends and provide investment insights;
• Ensure high quality of customer service and development of long-term relationships;
• Monitor compliance of processes with MiFID II and other regulatory requirements;
• Initiate new products, improve platforms and technological solutions;
• Represent the bank on investment topics in the public space (events, seminars, comments)
• Participate in the formation and development of the Brokerage team;
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance and IT teams in developing investment solutions and platforms.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in capital markets, investment services, asset/portfolio management or securities trading;
• BFAA license (LB general license); CFA or FRM – an advantage;
• Experience in investment decision-making;
• Excellent knowledge of financial instruments, portfolio construction and risk management;
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation;
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• High standards of ethics and compliance;
• Insight and responsibility – the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in one’s activities and ensure conscious decision-making;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 3450.00 to 5180.00 EUR excluding taxes.
