Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Head of Investment Banking Department to the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will lead the activities and team of the Investment Banking Department, ensuring effective organization of activities, implementation of the department’s goals, high quality of services and close cooperation with other departments of the Bank.
- You will contribute to the formation of the investment banking strategy and its implementation, identifying market opportunities, customer needs and new directions for business development.
- You will be responsible for the growth of investment banking business results, income and client portfolio, ensuring sustainable and profitable development of activities.
- You will initiate, coordinate and implement bond and other debt securities issuance projects, ensuring high-quality assessment of client needs, structuring, distribution and successful implementation of projects.
- You will consult with clients and issuers on issues of capital raising, issuance and distribution of debt securities, preparing and evaluating information and documentation related to transactions.
- You will develop and improve investment banking products and processes, including bond distribution, REPO transactions and other related services, ensuring their efficiency, competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, partners and other stakeholders, representing the Bank and strengthening its positions in the financial market.
- You will prepare and present investment banking solutions, market insights, performance reports and educational materials to clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university degree in finance, economics, investment management or other related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial markets, investment banking, capital markets, asset management or other related field.
- Ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment, analyze financial market information and identify business opportunities.
- Leadership competencies, initiative and ability to mobilize a team to achieve common goals.
- Practical work experience using Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial markets information systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
We will consider as an advantage:
- Experience in organizing or participating in debt securities issuances, capital raising or other financial markets projects.
- CFA, ACI, BFAA, ACCA or other internationally recognized professional qualifications.
