Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Investment Program Support Managerto the [b]Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential business clients of the Bank.
- You will look for business opportunities – actively and comprehensively sell Tier III services to existing and new business clients.
- You will analyze information about business clients’ activities and their needs.
- I participated in presentations and events of bank products and services.
- You will prepare presentations, commercial offers, contracts.
- You will organize field and remote visits.
- You will manage the monitoring of changes in contributions of legal entities.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of work experience in active sales or a business environment.
- Initiative and motivation to act to achieve goals.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English.
- Positivity, ability to cooperate and work both in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate smoothly and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Public speaking and time management skills.
- A desire to improve and the ability to take personal responsibility.
