What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for the implementation of investment projects from the first idea to the final result.
For example:
“We want to build a new car wash on this plot.”
You:
assess the project’s capabilities;
analyze the plot and its potential use;
draw up a preliminary investment budget;
prepare a financial model and payback calculations for the project;
organize design work;
coordinate permit and documentation processes;
search for and select contractors and suppliers;
receive and compare commercial offers;
negotiate prices and conditions;
draw up a project implementation schedule;
control the budget, deadlines and quality of work;
coordinate contractors and other project participants;
resolve emerging problems;
ensure project completion and commissioning.
Another project could be:
“We have a plot. We want to build rental cottages.”
Your task is to figure out what and how it can be done, how much it will cost, how much we will earn, and actually implement the project.

Category B driver's license.
Very good English
