About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Investment Advisor to join our Capital Markets team in Vilnius. Active sales and business development are at the core of this role: you will initiate client conversations, build a strong pipeline, win new mandates, and grow relationships with investors and property owners.

You will also guide transactions from opportunity to closing, supported by the wider team. This role suits a proactive sales professional who enjoys measurable targets, takes ownership of results, and is motivated by a performance-based bonus system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse investment opportunities and prepare clear investment cases, including market, property, financial, and risk assessments.
• Develop and review financial and investment models, valuations, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare high-quality marketing and transaction materials, including investment proposals, presentations, teasers, reports, and other supporting documents.
• Draft, review, and coordinate proposals, engagement letters, agreements with clients.
• Develop trusted client relationships, understand commercial objectives, structure suitable advisory solutions, and convert opportunities into signed mandates.
• Actively engage the market by approaching potential buyers and investors, presenting opportunities, managing follow-ups, and building competitive momentum.
• Manage transactions from initial analysis and preparation through market engagement, negotiation, and closing.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, client advisory, or transaction services, preferably in real estate, finance, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to win business, grow client relationships, and deliver against commercial targets.
• Proactive sales mindset: comfortable initiating contact, opening doors, and maintaining persistent follow-up.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working toward clear sales targets and motivated by a meaningful performance-based bonus component.
• Strong commercial judgment, sufficient financial understanding to discuss investment opportunities credibly, and the ability to manage multiple deal processes.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
