Your future responsibilities:
- Professionally advise and serve existing investors throughout Europe by phone and e-mail.
- Supervise and advise on the registration process for new investors.
- Provide ideas and suggestions on how to improve the company's operations.
- Continuously improve the product and existing processes and prepare proposals for their improvement.
We hope you:
- You have customer service experience (experience in a financial institution would be a great advantage).
- You are interested in investment products and are able to compare and analyze them.
- You have investment experience (an advantage).
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of German would be a great advantage).
- You are good at using a computer.
- You are responsible, attentive to details and able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
