Nature of work
UAB "SIMIS" invites an Engineering Solutions Project Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the development of scaffolding and formwork solution projects, the search for new customers, the preparation of technical solutions, and the coordination of projects from the first contact with the client to the successful implementation of the project.
Your main tasks
- Actively seek new clients and project opportunities in the Western Lithuania region;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with construction companies, contractors and project developers;
- Analyze client needs and select the most suitable scaffolding and formwork solutions;
- Prepare technical drawings, diagrams and other design documentation using AutoCAD;
- Consult clients on technical issues and provide the most effective solutions;
- Prepare commercial offers, coordinate orders and conduct negotiations;
- Coordinate project implementation and ensure smooth cooperation between project participants;
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure high quality customer service;
- Contribute to the development of the company's activities and sales growth.
We hope you
- You have a degree in civil engineering or another technical field;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of construction, design, technical sales or engineering solutions;
- You are able to read and analyze construction drawings;
- You know how to work with AutoCAD;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You are able to plan your activities, make decisions and work independently;
- You have good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- You are proactive, result-oriented and not afraid to take responsibility;
- Knowledge of English and a category B driver's license would be an advantage.
