Nature of work
- Calculation of the cost of maintenance work;
- work with estimating programs ("Sistela" and others);
- analysis of actual costs, improvement of calculation methodologies and search for more effective and economically beneficial solutions;
- preparation of estimates according to technological processes, technical solutions and internal orders;
- reading and analysis of technical drawings;
- analysis and preparation of reports;
- preparation and administration of technical documentation.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in engineering, electrical engineering, construction, economics, finance or another related field. Candidates with an economics or finance degree (including final year students) must have experience in energy or construction costing;
- excellent MS Excel skills;
- experience with estimating programs (Sistela, etc.);
- ability to read and analyze technical drawings;
- engineering, analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, attentiveness and thoroughness, ability to work in a team, be organized and responsible;
- driver's license.
