- Organization and coordination of construction, repair and maintenance works of buildings and structures;
- Plan and initiate the necessary public procurements, prepare technical specifications, control the implementation of concluded contracts;
- Quality control of the work performed;
- Organization of technical maintenance of buildings.
We hope you
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You have at least 1 year of similar work experience;
- You have excellent knowledge of construction technological processes, quality requirements for construction work, technical regulations and design-estimated documentation;
- You have a SSVA construction technical maintenance manager certificate, structures: non-residential buildings (advantage);
- You are able to effectively plan work, make decisions independently and work in a team;
- You have a category B and category B driver's license;
- You have excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
