We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Engineering Department who will ensure the efficient work of the design team, contribute to improving the quality of engineering solutions and help implement the company's strategic goals. This is a great opportunity for a leader who is able to combine technical knowledge, team management skills and result orientation.
Nature of work
- Lead the engineering department team, plan and coordinate its work;
- Coordinate the design activities of wooden houses, ensuring compliance of technical solutions with company standards and customer needs;
- Ensure timely preparation of technical projects, production drawings and other design documentation;
- Cooperate with sales and production departments, coordinating design solutions and ensuring smooth implementation of projects;
- Participate in team formation, employee development and strengthening of competencies;
- Consult clients and colleagues on technical issues and participate in solving more complex design challenges;
- Aim for efficiency of design processes and high quality of work performed.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher engineering education;
- You have management experience in the technical or design field;
- You are familiar with design processes and the principles of preparing technical documentation;
- You are able to plan work, set priorities and delegate tasks effectively;
- You have good communication and team management skills;
- You are good at working with MS Office programs and are able to quickly master specialized systems;
- You are fluent in English and/or Russian.

The salary will depend on work experience and available competencies and will be agreed with the selected candidate individually. We apply a bonus system based on work results. We will be happy to discuss it during the interview.
