ISS Lietuva provides integrated building management and maintenance services, such as office management, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, etc.
We are currently looking for an Engineer who will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the client's building - a manufacturing company in Klaipėda.

🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently looking for an Engineer who will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the client's building - a manufacturing company in Klaipėda.
Responsibilities:
- organization, planning and execution of maintenance work on engineering systems (building technical systems);
- ensuring control of the technical condition of engineering systems and timely troubleshooting;
- planning, organization and control of repair work, ensuring the quality of work, compliance with deadlines and efficient use of resources;
- coordination of the work of subcontractors: organization of their activities, supervision of work progress and assessment of the results of the work performed;
- preparation and submission of activity, repair and other necessary reports to management or customers;
- accumulation and systematization of documentation related to the maintenance and repair of engineering systems.

Requirements:
- higher engineering education;
- experience in the field of building maintenance, experience in supervising a manufacturing company - an advantage;
- certificates: electrical safety VK, work in closed containers, work at height, technical maintenance manager of special structures (an advantage);
- ability to work with MS Office programs;
- knowledge of English - an advantage.
