Main responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of technical documentation;
- Assistance to project managers in carrying out daily tasks (letters, information gathering, etc.);
- Data entry, preparation of reports and systematization of information;
- Tracking project deadlines and progress;
- Shadowing colleagues (easements, work performance certificates, estimates, preparation of preliminary layouts, project coordination commission);
- Participation in meetings with Contractors and their minutes.
We hope that the future colleague
- Has a higher university education (bachelor's degree in engineering - thermal engineering, mechanics, construction, manufacturing, industry or other technical field);
- Is able to read and understand technical drawings and documentation;
- Has good computer skills (MS office, AutoCAD or other technical/software - an advantage);
- Is responsible, meticulous and able to plan work;
- Is able to work in a team and communicate with different project participants;
- Is able to think analytically and has problem-solving skills;
- Has good knowledge of the Lithuanian language (knowledge of English - an advantage);
- Work experience in project management or engineering - an advantage.
