Monthly salary: €1,860.00 - €2,790.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Carry out control of periodic inspections of buildings and engineering systems
- Analyze inspection results, identify the need for repairs and plan necessary repair work
- Organize minor, unscheduled and simple repair work, monitor their progress and results
- Manage emergency situations
- Plan the annual budget
- Administer technical information
- Administer customer requests in the Jira system
- Perform quality checks of services provided by partners at facilities
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in the field of real estate operation
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and international legal acts regulating the maintenance, operation and construction of structures
- Certificate granting the right to be responsible for the electricity and (or) heat industry
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs
- Category B driver's license (ability to travel to facilities throughout Lithuania)
- Fluent Lithuanian, good command of English
