We are looking for a designer who would design the construction and load-bearing structures of our products - perform structural calculations and prepare documentation for production.

We are looking for a designer who would design the construction and load-bearing structures of our products - perform structural calculations and prepare documentation for production.
What are you going to do?
- design the structural part of modular transformers, modular frame buildings, metal frames, frames and other load-bearing structures;
- determine the loads acting on the structures and their combinations, draw up calculation schemes and perform structural calculations;
- assess the strength, stiffness, stability and suitability for use of structures;
- select cross-sections, profiles, materials, connections and solutions for structural units;
- prepare 3D models, structural and production drawings;
- optimize structures taking into account reliability, material consumption, production, transportation and installation;
- coordinate structural solutions with project managers, electrical engineers and the production team.
What do we expect from you?
- higher education in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- ability to independently assess loads and calculate load-bearing structures;
- design of steel or other load-bearing structures;
- ability to critically evaluate calculation models and results;
- knowledge of Eurocodes, Lithuanian Construction Technical Regulations (STR) and other regulatory documents regulating the design of structures and the ability to apply them in practice;
- independence and responsibility in making technical decisions.
Advantages that will set you apart

- experience in designing industrial or energy facilities;
- experience in working with structural calculation software;
- understanding of sheet metal structures and their manufacturing technologies / experience in SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal;
- knowledge of assessing the thermal properties of thermal bridges and partitions;
- electrical engineering knowledge;
- knowledge of the English language, allowing you to work with technical documentation and standards.
