WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- Prepare construction work estimates using Excel and Sistela programs and artificial intelligence;
- Analyze project documentation and assess the scope of work;
- Prepare tender proposals for public procurement (CVP IS / CPO LT);
- Search for materials, equipment and suppliers, compare commercial offers;
- Prepare acts of completed work and other project-related documentation;
- Cooperate with project managers, suppliers and customers, contributing to the successful implementation of projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher or higher engineering education;
- Experience in preparing estimates for outdoor engineering networks, welfare and (or) general construction works is a great advantage;
- Knowledge of construction technologies, materials and technical solutions;
- Ability to analyze project documentation and accurately plan work;
- Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:
- MS Excel – advanced calculation and data analysis skills
- Sistela – for professional estimate preparation;
- AutoCAD – for analysis of design documentation;
- English language skills.
