Your main tasks
- Analysis of design, technical and tender documentation;
- Calculation of estimates for roof installation and other works;
- Analysis of bills of quantities;
- Collection and analysis of offers from suppliers of materials and services;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Evaluation of technical solutions;
- Cooperation with project managers, work managers and suppliers.
What do we expect from you
- You have a degree in construction, engineering or another related field (can be a final year student);
- You have experience in preparing construction work estimates;
- You are able to analyze technical information and work with large amounts of data;
- You are meticulous, responsible and result-oriented;
- You are able to independently plan work and work in a team;
- You work with MS365 programs (especially Excel).
