MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare construction work estimates according to the submitted project documentation, assessing the scope of work and the need for materials.
- Perform project analysis, plan work and prepare schedules.
- Prepare requests to supply and subcontract management departments or directly to foreign and Lithuanian partners regarding the supply of equipment, materials and services required for the implementation of projects or the conditions for performing work.
- Perform comparisons, analysis and evaluations of proposals submitted by partners.
- If necessary, prepare estimates of the scope of work changes for ongoing projects.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Higher education (technical/engineering).
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- English language skills at least B2 level (required).
- Computer literacy.
- Diligence, independence, responsibility.
- Ability to go on short-term business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
