What will you do for our team?
We are looking for a responsible, diligent and motivated engineer - estimator who wants to contribute to the implementation of road and infrastructure construction projects.
- Participation in public procurement and other tenders, preparation of tender proposals.
- Preparation of construction work estimates according to project documentation (roads, streets, sidewalks), assessment of work quantities and material needs.
- Analysis, comparison and evaluation of received commercial offers.
- Cooperation with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Planning construction project budgets, assessment of necessary resources and their effective allocation.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher technical or engineering education.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and their organization.
- English language skills at least B2 level (required).
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the construction sector.
- Diligence, responsibility, independence and analytical thinking.
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and optimize work processes.
- Leadership skills, clear and constructive communication with the team, management and business partners.
