- UAB „HSC Baltic“
We will ask you:
- prepare and analyze estimates for construction work (general construction and special works);
- analyze estimates for construction work submitted by subcontractors;
- communicate (written and verbally) with subcontractors, designers, and customers.
Employee requirements:
- experience of similar work (preparation of estimates);
- education in the field of construction engineering;
- good computer skills (calculation programs Sistela or Astera, MS Excel, MS Word);
- knowledge of clerical requirements;
- knowledge of construction processes;
- communication, thoroughness, attentiveness, desire to improve.
Advantages:
- knowledge of the English language (not lower than B1 level).
