Engineer – Estimator

Our client is an international capital construction company with a strong reputation in the Lithuanian market and is valued for its professionalism, reliability and high quality standards. Main functions:

• Examination and analysis of tender materials and technical documentation in search of optimal technical solutions.
• Calculation of prices for the services offered by the company, taking into account market trends and actual costs of implemented projects.
• Calculation of construction costs for structures for various purposes.
• Preparation and pricing of construction work, materials and mechanisms requirement lists.
• Consulting production personnel on construction price determination issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a construction company preparing estimates.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD) and experience working with estimating programs.
• Knowledge of English (at least B1 level).
• Ability to independently plan and organize one's work and effectively cooperate with a team.
• Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and initiative.
