Engineer - Technologist | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for an Engineer - Technologist to join our growing team located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16, to supplement and strengthen it.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will be responsible for the stable and efficient operation of robotic systems.
• You will analyze the operation of robotic systems (cycle time, stops, quality deviations), initiate and implement updates and modifications.
• Analyze the causes of recurring failures in robotic systems and implement preventive solutions.
• Participate in initiating and implementing new automation and robotization projects from concept to launch.
• Participate in accepting and launching new equipment (FAT/SAT).
• Communicate with existing and new suppliers of robotics and automation equipment.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans, instructions and a list of critical spare parts for robotic systems.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team in troubleshooting more complex failures and performing preventive maintenance.
• Consult and train the production and engineering team on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other engineers, foremen and production workers.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education in the field of mechanics, electricity, electronics, automation or production engineering.
• Experience in the field of technical maintenance / equipment repair / robotics (production experience is a big advantage).
• Knowledge of the basics of electrical systems, mechanics and (or) pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork skills and a responsible attitude.
• Knowledge of English (at least B2), understanding of technical English.
• Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with technical systems is an advantage).
• Experience in project management.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 16 Eur/hr. to 24 Eur/hr. (~2688 Eur – 4032 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
