In this position you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing firmware and software testing strategies and processes
• Preparing test scripts, test cases and test documentation
• Failure analysis, defect localization and clear description
• Participating in product development from early prototype stages to production
• Working with unique, high-tech laser products

The team expects from you:

• Experience in testing complex technical systems where hardware, firmware and software interact
• Analytical, systems thinking
• Ability to clearly document and communicate technical problems
• Practical experience in developing and implementing testing processes
• Education in electronics, mechatronics, IT or similar fields

• You will receive a competitive salary. The offered salary is from 3700 to 4500 EUR gross, depending on your experience and competencies. After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration part is awarded, linked to your and the team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the half-yearly remuneration.
