We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least a higher education in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment engineering or a similar field
- Has a good command of Lithuanian, has English skills, and basic Russian would be an advantage;
- Is computer literate
- Is able to think analytically and make decisions based on data
- Is able to systematically organize work, manage priorities and look for preventive solutions
- Is able to effectively cooperate with production, quality and technical departments
- Is responsible, proactive and result-oriented
- Is able to communicate with employees at different levels of the organization
- Has an understanding of food industry equipment operation and hygiene requirements
We will trust you:
- Ensuring equipment maintenance, repair and reliable operation
- Analysis of equipment failures and implementation of technical solutions according to changes in technological processes
- Planning of preventive work and organization of equipment maintenance
- Drawing up schedules of planned repair work, coordination of preparation for work and cooperation with other departments
- Planning of the demand for necessary parts and materials and ensuring inventory control
- Organization of installation, adjustment, preparation of instructions and training of operators for new equipment
- Analysis of equipment failures, emergency situations and downtimes and prompt problem solving
- Creation and updating of preventive plans in the Alldevice system according to current needs
