We are looking for someone who:
- Have at least a higher education in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment engineering or a similar field
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, have English skills, and basic Russian would be an advantage;
- Have good computer skills
- Able to think analytically and make decisions based on data
- Able to plan, organize work and effectively manage priorities
- You are proactive and actively seek out causes of failures and preventive solutions
- Able to cooperate smoothly with production, quality and technical teams
- You are responsible, result-oriented and able to communicate effectively with employees at various levels
- Have an understanding of food industry equipment operation and hygiene requirements
We will trust you:
- Ensuring maintenance, repair and reliable operation of production equipment
- Analysis of equipment failures, identification of causes and implementation of technical solutions, taking into account changes in technological processes
- Planning and implementation control of preventive maintenance work
- Timely organization of technical maintenance and repair work in accordance with the established requirements for equipment operation
- Drawing up schedules for scheduled repairs, coordination of preparation for work and cooperation with other departments
- Planning the demand for necessary parts and materials, control of stocks and ensuring storage procedures
- Organization of installation, adjustment, preparation of technical documentation and training of operators for new equipment
- Operational resolution of equipment failures and emergency situations, analysis of downtime and initiation of preventive actions
- Creation, updating and application of equipment preventive maintenance plans in the Alldevice system
