We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher technical education in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering or a similar field
- Has accumulated at least 2-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company in the field of technical maintenance, reliability or engineering
- Is familiar with failure analysis methods, TPM and LEAN principles and preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Is able to read technical drawings and diagrams and analyze technical data
- Has good computer skills, especially when working with MS Excel and MS Office programs
- Has experience working with CMMS systems (experience with "Alldevice" is an advantage)
- Has a good command of Lithuanian and is able to work with technical documentation in English and communicate with suppliers
- Is characterized by analytical thinking, initiative, responsibility and result orientation
- Is able to work independently and effectively cooperate with different teams
We will trust you:
- Ensuring the reliability and technical availability of production equipment
- Analysis of equipment failures, identification of root causes and initiation of corrective actions
- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Data administration and analysis in the Alldevice system
- Monitoring, analysis of technical performance indicators (KPI) and implementation of improvement initiatives
- Implementation and development of LEAN, TPM and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Coordination of technical projects aimed at increasing equipment efficiency
- Participation in the commissioning, testing and acceptance processes of new equipment
- Implementation of initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and repair costs
- Close cooperation with production, quality and technical teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production activities
