Nature of work
Doka Lietuva is looking for an engineer to complement the team of the Vilnius division. You will be responsible for providing formwork engineering solutions, preparing drawings and project supervision.

Duties of an engineer:
- Preparation of formwork drawings using AutoCad software, ensuring economical and safe use of formwork;
- Preparation of specifications for orders and offers;
- Evaluation of concrete and other operating loads;
- Communication with the customer, providing engineering solutions from the proposal stage to the completion of the project;
- Visiting facilities and clients as needed;
- Close collaboration with sales and logistics departments to ensure smooth project progress and delivery of formwork.
Employee requirements
- Higher education - Construction, mechanical or ship engineering (can be a final year student);
- Experience working with AutoCAD software;
- Knowledge or experience of construction processes would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in English;
- Category B driver's license and knowledge of Revit software - advantages.
Personal characteristics:
- Good calculation skills and analytical thinking;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Organization and responsibility;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to solve problems in difficult and stressful situations.
