We are currently inviting an engineer to join our team, who will ensure the proper technical condition and compliance with legal requirements of the fire safety systems of the buildings we service.

Nature of work
- Carrying out and organizing periodic inspections of active fire safety measures.
- Assessment of the technical condition of systems, identification and analysis of defects.
- Preparation of estimates for repair, modernization and expansion works.
- Fault diagnostics and organization of elimination.
- Organization of preventive maintenance of outdoor fire water supply (hydrants).
- Analysis of the technical condition of hydrants, defect detection and coordination of elimination of faults.
- Organization of inspections and technical maintenance of primary fire extinguishing means.
- Preparation of proposals for the modernization and development of fire safety systems.
- Organization and supervision of annual fire system tests.
- Cooperation with contractors, service providers and responsible persons of the facility.
Requirements
- Higher or higher technical education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of fire safety systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of fire safety legislation, organization of inspections, execution of diagnostics, identification of defects, organization of technical maintenance, troubleshooting.
- Skills in drawing up estimates and preparing technical documentation.
- Category B driver's license;
- Responsibility, independence.
