Nature of work
The nature of work is to ensure the smooth work of the team during the sugar production process and by performing and organizing qualified equipment repair and maintenance outside of production, technical service, participating in equipment improvement processes, improving and controlling the performance of assigned stations.
Your main tasks will be:
Your main tasks will be:
- Organize the work of the team during repair and production preparation (8-9 months) - work during the day. During production, organize team work (3-4 months) - work in shifts;
- Lead the team in organizing production management, repair, process supervision and control, improvement works in compliance with work safety, environmental protection and hygiene requirements;
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the production process;
- Analyze malfunctions, their causes, draw up repair plans accordingly, promptly organize the elimination of equipment malfunctions;

- You have an engineering or technical education;
- You are distinguished by leadership, activity, initiative, responsibility;
- You have technical understanding, communication and work planning skills, ability to work independently and in a team, responsibility, initiative, persistence, demandingness, diligence, honesty, desire to work and improve;
- You are able to work in a team, as a team leader;
- You are able to analyze, solve engineering and technological issues related to the activity, search for the most optimal solutions;
- You have computer skills: MS Office programs;
- Experience in production, with technological devices;
- You have worked with projects;
- English language and its application in the technical field;
