You will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work of production equipment;
- Coordination of maintenance work schedules, planning of necessary resources and ensuring readiness for work;
- Planning of spare parts demand, coordination and ensuring their availability in cooperation with responsible departments;
- Cooperation with production, technical departments and contractors, coordinating the implementation of planned work;
- Analysis of failures, downtime and maintenance data;
- Providing proposals for improving planning and equipment reliability;
- Improvement of maintenance planning.

- Have a higher education in mechanics, electricity, automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering or another engineering field;
- Have 2-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company in the field of maintenance, repair planning, production equipment operation, technical service or reliability engineering. Experience in planning maintenance work and working with IBM maximo systems would be an advantage;
- Be able to read technical documentation and drawings;
- Have an understanding of the basics of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems;
- Have strong analytical and planning skills;
- Be able to coordinate work and solve complex situations.
