Nature of work
You will work with passenger and special transport interior equipment - from idea to real product. Your work will include:
- Design of minibus interior equipment: creation of floor systems, partitions, finishing details, brackets and other components;
- Preparation of 3D models and production drawings using 3D EXPERIENCE CATIA and SOLIDWORKS software;
- Creation and updating of BOM (Bill of Materials);
- Development and development of new products - for both passenger and special transport solutions;
- Improvement of existing products in order to speed up assembly time and reduce production costs;
- Cooperation with sales, supply, technologists and production teams - ensuring smooth implementation of projects;
- Analysis of defects and search for structural solutions during production or operation;
- Design of production templates necessary for accurate and efficient production.
Employee requirements
- Practical work experience with at least one of the following programs:
- Understanding of:
Fastening solutions (rivets, screws, gluing, etc.)
Material selection for interior equipment (plastic, aluminum, plywood, etc.)
- Ability to create:
Technical / production drawings
BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to organize work;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook) skills;
- Work experience in a similar field (advantage);
