What awaits you in everyday life?
- Preparation of estimates for bridge and viaduct construction, reconstruction and repair projects (InEight program);
- Preparation of estimates for engineering, reinforced concrete and steel structure projects;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation;
- Preparation of commercial and tender proposals;
- Search for the most effective and economically beneficial technological solutions;
- Supplier surveys, proposal evaluation and market analysis;
- Initiatives that help us work faster, more accurately and smarter.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in preparing estimates for bridges, viaducts or infrastructure projects;
- Good knowledge of construction processes and repair technologies;
- Ability to read and analyze technical documentation;
- Higher education in civil engineering or a similar field;
- Curiosity, initiative and desire to find better solutions;
- Knowledge of English (at least B1 level);
- Diligence, responsibility and result orientation.

Salary:
From €1,700 to €2,000 in hand
The specific salary is discussed individually – it will depend on your experience and knowledge of construction technologies.

“Švykai” is a team of construction professionals, today focusing on general construction. We work on bridge construction and repair projects, renovate industrial and commercial facilities, and help modernize infrastructure in both the public and private sectors. Reliability and long-lasting results are the most important thing for us, so we pay special attention to the quality of work and technical accuracy.
At the same time, we provide specialized construction services in which we have accumulated many years of experience: we perform anti-corrosion protection of metal structures, repair and protection of concrete surfaces, lining works necessary for protection from heat or chemically aggressive environments.
Over more than twenty years of operation, we have contributed to such objects as the Lithuanian National Fuel Reserve tanks, anti-corrosion repair of the Bergsoysund pontoon bridge in Norway, protection works of the Lithuanian Radio and Television Tower, repair of the Lyduvėnai railway bridge, and renovation of the infrastructure of industrial power plants and boiler houses. This experience has allowed us to become one of the most reliable partners in the construction and repair of bridges, energy and industrial facilities.
Today, we view each project as a long-term partnership – we work responsibly, consistently and with the aim of achieving results that would ensure a long-term life cycle of the facilities.
