Your responsibilities:
Prepare construction work estimates and price calculations
Analyze technical documentation, projects and bills of quantities
Evaluate work scope, material and labor costs
Collaborate with project managers, work supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors
Revise estimates based on project changes and technical solutions
Participate in the proposal preparation and negotiation process
Provide comments on economic and technical solutions

Requirements:
Higher (postgraduate) education in engineering or construction
Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation
Good computer skills,
Diligence, analytical thinking, responsibility and result orientation
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Advantages:

Working with estimating programs (Astera, Sistela)
