- Preparation of proposals - estimates, according to project documentation
- Analysis of project documentation, search for the most optimal technological solutions
- Assistance to sellers
- Surveys of subcontractors, material suppliers, analysis and systematization of market prices
Employee requirements
- Experience in preparing construction estimates.
- Estimate calculation programs (Sistela or Astera, MS Excel, MS Word);
- Ability to analyze project documentation.
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the construction sector.
- English at least at A2-B1 level
