Nature of work:
Advise customers over the phone or directly on the technical aspects of fire protection, networks, security alarms, perimeter security devices: installation, configuration, functionality, etc. questions;
Test new equipment: test functionality, configuration specifics;
Conduct trainings or seminars on equipment for customers in various cities or remotely;
Analyze, interpret and correct the most common equipment malfunctions.

Requirements:
Has experience in analog work or installation of weak currents.
Has an engineering or technical education.
Are you knowledgeable or interested in phone locks, video surveillance, access control, etc. equipment.
Has good customer service (telephone and live) and work organization skills.
Be attentive and responsible.
Learn English.
